I am almost positive that the more aliens that exist in the city, the more rain there is. Here is last week with all the rain!
This week, I have had no alien sightings (except lil alien Le Mops), and there is no rain!

I was in Seattle a week ago and it was dry for the most part--did you see any lil aliens to confirm your theory?

Sandy - it has not rained yet. I have seen no more lil aliens. I hear through intelligence that a lil alien is coming to stay with us, I will report back on rain condition!
