A: Your pug's tail will curl as he gets older. Of course, if your pug is constantly sitting aournd with a straight tail, it might be sad. Most pug's tailes od relax (go straight) when they are sleeping.

A: She's puppy! They chew on things! They stop eventually, but make sure you give lots of positive reinforcement when she is chewing the right thing, extra treats even, and a loud forceful NO when she is chewing on the wrong thing, along with a bit of ignoring the puppy! Let her know you are disappointed. Don't tug the stuff making it a game, or chase her around the house, and don't hit her. She'll think its a game!

Q: What can I give my teething pug puppy to chew on instead of rawhide? Rawhide is not good for pugs and it makes her throw up but she REALLY loves it. Is there something that is almost just like rawhide but doesnt have the damaging affects of real rawhide? (NO GREENIES) -
A: When you pug is older, you can give her rawhide under supervision, when it gets too small, throw it away. My Mama always buys me rawhide that is too big for me, for big dogs so it takes me a long time to chew and I can't eat it! There are vegan pig ears on the market that are great for teething dogs! Try those!

Q: I already have a female pug, i'm thinking of getting another, which do you think will get along better, female with a male or 2 females -
A: I have always found that a male and female (one should be fixed at least) get along better. Females tend to fight more, although that is not always the case.

A: you need to invest time and never show anger!

A: He might not be interested or the girl might not be ready. The female is only ready for a brief period during her heat cycle. The male usually knows when to take action.

A: a 4 month old puppy really can't control themselves that well. You should stay outside with yoru puppy until it goes . It usually takes 15 to 20 minutes,
