A: cause people tend to overfeed, cause they keep eating. And people tend to not exercise them, cause they are lazy. *schnurf*

A: They start at about $300 for non-akc and can go to $2000 easily for champion quality show dogs. Expect to pay about $500-$700 for a pet.

Q: when will my pug stop growing -
A: Usually at about two years of age, they are fully grown. BUt spaying and nuetering earlier than that may stop the growing sooner. *schnurf*

A: two years old is best *snort for breeding, but she can get pregnant as soon as she has her first heat

Q: My pug has acted like he had upset belly all day. He started gagging and now he is throwing up a white liquid??? He does not have a temp. What could this be?? He is laying here ok for now. Help -
A: Try feeding him and giving him water. Usually, if he eats and drinks he is okay. *snort* If it continues for more than 24 hours and he is not drinking, a trip to the vet is in order. *schnurf* Often pugs will "throw up" in the morning if they are underfed...this may be an issue. Let me know how it goes.

Q: at what age is best to stud my pug -
A: 2 years old. A pug's genetic conditions and health issues will most likely have shown themselves by then.

Q: why pugs eat there own poop? -
A: Not all pugs do *snort* I don't *schnurf* This may be a behavior learned from another dog....Or you may have punished your dog while housebreaking and he is trying to hide his bad behavior of poop...ad some say they eat their poop because the food they are being fed is not healthy enough, try changing food. *snort* there are lots of tricks to get your dog to not eat poop, all of which require putting weird stuff it its food. *schrf*
