What do you think i or 2 times a day? - A: I think twice a day is better. My gramma feeds her dogs once a day. I get food all day. But twice a day is better. It depends on how much you eat and when. I eat a little at a time and hate staying at Grammas, because I don't get to eat very much and then have to beg for food later. Some people even feed their pugs three times a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Q: My female pug is 13-1/2 years of age and has arthritis. Pain pills have been prescribed and seem to work well, however, the arthritis will only worsen with her age.
