Q: Question Hi i have a 2 month old male pug. can you tell when is it time to take his first bath. how many months. -
A: General rule of thumb is: Give a puppy its first bath whenever its natural doggie odor becomes too stinky to take! Most groomers suggest waiting until t he puppy is 5 weeks old at least! *snort* Your puppy should be ready for a bath....*snort* a bath in a kitchen sink or bathroom sink should be fine..

Q: do pugs like water -
A: to swim in, not usually. They do not natually swim. I love showers *snort* but hatethe ocean and kiddie pools.

Q: Question my pug started teething at 50 days? Is this unusual? -
A: Not the norm, but not totally unusual either. Teething can start as early as 2 months and 50 days is almost 2 months. WIth the younger pug, be careful on which chew toy you choose, as many are not suitable for puppies younger than 2 months. *snort* don't worry tho! the earlier the teething starts, the faster it will be over!

Q: my pug has had some allergies more recently. She is 8 mons. old and was itching her eyes and had some black goopy stuff in them in the morning. I was able to get some allergy pills from the doctor since they diagnosed it as allergies. Now today, she has a few pinkish patches on her stomach. Could that be allergy related as well? -
A: Most likely it is, but if the spots don't go away in a day or two or if they seem to bother her, a trip back to the vet may be in order. SHe may be having a reaction to the medicine. If anything, give your vet a calla nd see if perhaps she should be switche dto a different pill.

Q: my pug eye is very swollen and a lot of rednes he barly can open it -
A: Vet! Please. pug eyes are very senstive and easily damaged.

Q: how big should a pug puppy be at 14 wks? like 5 lbs or more? -
A: About 7-9 pounds is usually average...As long as the pug is gaining weight progressively, and is healthy, five pounds shouldn't be too bad. Expect the pug to gain about a pound or two in the next week.

Q: My pug has mites on the left side of his chin. How can I treat it? -

A: Most do. The response will be different of course

A: A pug that likes pink might. I like monkeys myself *snort*

A: About 2 years....Any health issues or genetic problems should arise by then.

Q: My pug sleeps on my bed. Is this a good idea? -
A: I sleep on my MaMa's bed *snort* it's up to you the owner to decide if this is behavior you approve of.

Q: Is milk good for a Pug -
A: some dogs are sorta lactose intolerant, and milk will cause cramping and diarrhea. While many dogs are lactose intolerant, some are not. Some dogs like me, love the taste of milk and other dairy products and won't have any stomach problems when they get a small amount as a treat. It may be okay to give your dog a small amount of milk if it doesn't cause any vomiting, diarrhea, or other discomfort. Theonly way to judge is how your dog reacts. I know some people who give their pugs the milk from the c ereal and the dogs are fine. I like cheese *snort*

Q: Question i want a toy pug but what do i have to do (ex. how to clean it? , How to keep it skinny? , and i want a little pug so r there such things as tea cup pugs that stay little forever?? ) please HELLLP!!!! -
A: Teacup pugs are not natural and can be "created" by quite cruel methods. Their is no insurance you dog will stay skinny or small forever. Proper diet and exercise will keep your dog healthy *snort* but an obsession over keeping your dog skinny may cause the dog undue stress

Q: my pugs tail is wagging uncontrollably and her balance isn't right she seems to be dizzy. her tail is considerally pain full for her. what is the problem? -
A: If ever your pug truly seems dizzy, you should visit a vet *snort*
