Q: How many times a day should I feed my 3 month old pug and how much? -
A: Depending on the food you choose. Read teh directions and make sure it is puppy food. It is usually good to coincide th puppy's feeding with your feeding. You eat first, then feed the pup, so three times a day (two is okay too). with the food rationed ver those times. So if Purina Puppy Chow says 1 cup of food, then 1/2 cup in morning and 1/2 a cup at night. *snort* I always had food down for me, and did not have feeding times. I learned that I would never have to wait for food, so now I don't eat everything in sight, or steal other pug's food when they are eating!

Q: do you have a picture of the inside of a cat? -
A: *snort* i do, but i can't show you.

Q: Question should Irescue apug or get one from a breeder -
A: that is your choice. If you want a pet, rescue may be the way to go. *snort* if you plan to show or breed, then its a breeder *snort* some rescue dogs will need special care and that is a factor too *schnurf* in the end, buy the dog you fall in love with, no matter where it is from. Even if it is a pet store. Its your heart you should follow to buy a pug!

Q: I saw a bumper sticker that said: Don't waste 24 pints of water each time you flush ! Pee in your tub ! What do you think ? -
A: or pee on the rug. or a box. or on some clothes. pee wherever you want. but you'd have to run tub water after to avoid staining the tub and keep the smell away, so maybe the water waste would be more *snort*

Q: Question: How much money would it cost to buy 1 pug? -
A: Rescue a pug and it will be cheaper Check Here for a rescue! Otherwise anywhere from $600 to $2000 for a pug.

A: 60-65 days is normal gestation *snort* With 62 or 63 being average for a pug!

Q: I think they should not rebuild new orleans. I know a lot of people suffer from the loss of their homes but it's just gonna get destroyed again !!! Nobody should to suffer like that anymore. -

Q: is it normal for a pug to loose a lot of hair and have dry skin -
A: Depends on what you mean by a lot of hair and dry skin. -- Dry Skin could just be a call for a better shampoo and ALWAYS use conditioner. MAke sur eits a dog brand, all-natural products work best for pugs. *snort* losing har, yes pugs shed a lot. *schnurf* With that said, if your pug's skin is so dry it has sores and larke flaky patches and sections of hair missing. That could be a hot spot. Or it could even be mange. *snort* If your pug is licking or chewing an area a great deal and that is causing dry skin or hair loss, then take it to a vet!

Q: I am getting a new born pug very soon is there anything i should know -
A: Your pug wants attention and will bond to you. Bond to the person who controls the food. You want to show you are in charge but show you love your pug too! your pug will chew on everything, and i mean everything *snort* i once ate a ladder to the loft bed! Some records! and The corner ofteh closet door so I could get in and eat the shoes! And that was all in one day!

A: that depends on the pug *snort* I've known pugs that have live to be 18....most probably don't live that long. :)

Q: Questionevery time I stand up my pug bites at my feet.how do I stop her from doing this -
A: She is a puppy *snort*???? Eventually she will grow out of this behavior. *snort* but usually a firm NO to let her know you are unhappy will help guide her to correct behavior. *snort* but puppes are puppies!

Q: what can i feed my pug? -
A: YOu can choose...*snort* an organic, raw diet consisting of raw meat, bones, chicken, eggs, etc... *snort* canned food. Dry kibble.... Whatever is in your budget, and your pug likes. Just follow feeding directions!

Q: Question are puggles pug beagles better trhan pugs because they are cuter and less expensive -
A: Most puggles actually cost more because they are "designer" *snort* silly, i know...but no one is "better" cute is in the eye of the beholder!

Q: Are there any acceptable "levels" of in-breeding of Pugs? I am worried because I fear My girl, 2yrs old may have been stuck yesterday by her nephew. -
A: If both pugs are healthy and free of genetic problems, the inbreeding should not be bad, especially a nephew. (inbreeding is usually considered mother/son, sibling, close relations in animals) Some breeders use line breeding and inbreeding to reduce certain genetic problems *snort* with that said, you most likely have not done any genetic testing. *snort* YOU may be labeled a "bad breeder" or "irresponsible" for the unplanned pregnancy beware. *snort* my sister lhaso apso had an unexpected litter and all the puppies were sold and the two kept lived long healthy lives. Accidental litters happen! *snort* Continuos inbreedng does cause probloms, but your puppies (if there are any) should be fine! Please keep me updated *snort*
