A: Breeders usually "make" them by keeping the mother undernutritioned! or by not deworming the puppies to stunt growth and not feeding enough calcium and proper puppy food.

A: as fer trainer points either 2000 or 35000 depending on your version. The pug costs the same as all teh other dogs depending onits demeanor, so about $700
