Q: Question i was thinking about breeding my teacup pug with anouther teacup pug is this a good idea? -
A: It depends on how small your teacup pug is *snort* If it is just small, then it should be okay, but if it is really tinym you run the risk of hurting her *snort* altered pugs will become pregnant with full size pups in most cases. *snort* the methods of creating a teacup does not change genetics

Q: Do pugs bark loudly or is it a deep, not loud bark ? -
A: I don't bark at all *snort* except once in a while, but I'ver heard loud barks and deep barks out of pugs *snort* I thinkk the more nervouse ones tend to be loud

Q: My abused rescue loves my brother, but when he puts on his racing helmet he barks at him. Also, he doesn't bark when people come into my house, he barks when they leave. Why ? -
A: Maybe he is scared of being abondoned *snort* and the helmet is probably just scary.

Q: How much should I pay for a champion pug's puppy ? -
A: depends what city you're buying in *snort* average should be about $1500-$2000 (I know My MaMa paid $1600 for me) for a true champion bloodline show quality pug from a reputable breeder *snort* if the ad says show or pet, not a show quality dog!!! If breeder selling a whole litter of "show" pups because the sire and dam are champions then most likely you won't get a champion. In each litter only one, maybe two dogs are of actual show quality *snort* be selective and expect to pay for it!

Q: why is my penis green -
A: infection *snort* go see a vet

Q: How can i put my pugs picture on the internet? -
A: There are lots of ways to get your pug pictures on the internet. *snort* flickr.com or myspace are great methods. You can always post them in comments to Chewie's posts.

Q: What is a teacup pug? Is this a health problem dog? -
A: Teacups are pugs that have been bred to be tiny (under 17" and around 3-12 lbs) *snort* Remember that the diminutive size of Teacup Puppies have been achieved by selective breeding - and the price should not reflect a rare or special dog. They are not akc registered and any papers would be fraudelant. Mini-pugs are produced by not de-worming puppies and pregnant mama pugs, stunting the growth of puppies due to malnutrition and other horrible means. At times, a "mini" oe "teacup" pug may become pregnant witha full size pug, killing both mama and babies. *snort* teacup animals are awful and no animal should be an accessory. *snort* on the other hand if you get one, love it, and adore it and be prepared for health problems.

Q: Question Do pugs prefer to live with at least one other pug? I've heard that they are most content when they have a pug companion (or more than one pug companion) -
A: the more pugs the merrier *Schnurfle* pugs can be friendly with cats, dogs, pugs, kids, but they can also be content by themselves as long as their humans love them

Q: Question do all pugs stink real bad all of the time like the one i know. do they smell worse than other dogs? -
A: that pug either needs a bath or a trip to the vet *snort*

Q: our pug has very bad body order. we bathe her regulary cleaning her ears and folds. Nothing helps do you have any suggestions? -
A: *snort* are you bathing her too much? *schnurfle* bathing too much causes dry skin and removes essential oils and then they lick, both are stinky *snort* Also, pet store shampoos can cause the stinky *snort* try more natural shampoos, and always condition. My favorite is Lavender Buddy Wash If its the ears, you may need some medicated wash adn some ottomax to get rid of the infection..*snort* keep me updated

Q: Having any animal in captivity is wrong, but it's too late for dogs and cats because we domesticated them. we have to take care of them now that they can't survive on their own, right Chewie ? -
A: *snort* most dogs and cat breeds were bred to be companions. *snort* sometimes animals in captivity can be good, like the species rebuilding programs *snort* at the san diego zoo and wild animal park. so yes, please take care of all animals

Q: Are mini schnauzers friendly and affectionate ? -
A: *snort* yes...unless they have unfriendly owners *schnurf* mini schnauzers are very devoted

Q: Question: My sister has a pug and wants to get another dog (maybe a different breed) and would like to know what breed(s) would best suit a pug? -
A: pugs get a long with all dogs..The best thing to do would be to take the pug to the store or shelter to see how the animals react together. *snort* an older pug would want a more mellow friend. *snort* and a younger pug would want one that would withstand the chewing on the ears. *schnurfle*

Q: Are pugs smelly ? Do they have doggie smells ? -
A: all dogs are smelly if not properly cleaned *snort* they also need their folds cleaned or they smell

Q: my dog, a mini daschund ALSO died from a Greenie. We followed all the rules and instructions, too. It got lodged in his intestines. He died. -
A: i'm so sorry *schnurfie* greenies are bad. Thank you fer sharing and i send all my pug ove to you today *snort*
