Q: I just learned that grapes are bad for my dog. So I dont give her anymore. Now she has develped a addiction to ice cubes. Are they ok to give her. Or will it hurt her teeth? -
Tara
A: Ice cubes are fine. When she gets older, you may find her not wanting them anymore, because her teeth have grown sentive. But if she enjoys them, let her have 'em.Q: My husband wants to breed our puggle with a beagle. What will the outcome be and can I still call them a puggle? -
Tara
A: You can call anything a puggle really. It's a mixed breed (also known as a mutt). When you breed two dogs of different breeds, you can never predict what you'll get. (that is why all puggles look differently)Q: do Chugs shed -

Brenda
A: you need to take your pug to the vet. it could have a palate issue. that choking is not normal. if the tongue is darker or turning blue, the situation is even more serious. Q: what happends if the mother can not seperate the after birth from the pups in natural birth do you have to be there

My previous master had passed away and now I am with My owners son. I have a couple questions and appreciate if you could help.
1. I lick my paws alot , is this because of the climate change? or my shampoo?
2.I tend to look very sad at times and even have watery looking eyes, does this mean I still remember my first Master and am sad about it? or is it just natural for my eyes?
3. Can I sense that my new master is related to him by father son or is he just some new master to me? -
Muggze
A: 1) When i moved from california, I got lots of allergies. and licked my paws all the time. ALLERGIES! Try changing the food (and possibly the shampoo) to get rid of the allergies.
2) It is possible you are sad! Pugs eyes tend to be droopy and watery, but you may want to take your dog to the vet just to be sure. YOu should anyway to make sure all the shots are up to date. Pug faces show all emotion tho. they really are little people.
3) I'm sure Muggze knows the new master is related. Pugs are very smart. Q: Do pugs snort when they are a baby? How do you stop them from eating there own poop she is 7 weeks old and I just bought her last week?
Joanne -
Joane
A: She should still be with her mother. A puppy should not be weaned before 8 weeks old. You should wait a few weeks longer if possible.
